Stir-fried garlic scapes 마늘쫑 볶음(Maneuljong bokeum)~



Garlic scpaes, garlic chives, flowering chives....
These are the same word for this flowering stem of garlic chives.
The flavor is milder than garlic.

Cut into 2 inches length~
Add some oil to the pan, and stir-fry on a medium heat until tender for 10-15 minutes~
Put some soy sauce (around 2 tablespoons), sugar (4 teaspoons), pinch of chili powder and some sesame seeds.
