오징어 볶음 Ojingeo bokeum (Spicy squid)~^^

Quick, spicy and addictive~^^

1 squid, cleaned, sliced 2 inches length
1/2 onion, sliced
1 red chili, sliced
2 green onions, sliced
3-4 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tablespoon gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Mix gochujang, gochugaru, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and ground black pepper.
Add squid, mix well.
Add vegetables just before cook.
Heat a frying-pan, reduce to high-medium heat, add squid and veges, cook for 2-3 minutes until the squid is translucent.
Serve with rice.
(If there's some left over seasoning in a pan, you can make spicy fried rice - add some chopped rice, green onions, crushed kim (Korean seasoned and grilled seaweed sheet), sesame oil and sesame seeds.) Yum~^___^
