Chinese style steamed whole fish~
Make a cut to a fish and steam for 10-15 minutes acording to the size.
Pour cooked soy sauce and rice wine mixture.
Put a lot of green onions on a fish.
Pour a smoking hot vegetable oil over the fish.
(try not to burn yourself, it's HOT~!)
