Chuseok is one of two the most big holidays in Korea~
I made "Jeon", pan fried food including shrimp, cod filet, white button mushroom, zucchini, beef and famous "Bindaeddeok'" (mung bean pan cake).
Others like "galbijjim (braised beef short ribs)" "jokpyon (rolled pork slice)", "japchae (vegetables and mung bean noodle)" and "tangguk (a special soup for rituals, containing tofu, Korean radish, beef, pyogo mushroom and kelp)
