고춧잎나물 Gochuipnamul (chili leaf salad)~^^

"Namul" can be translated as a salad, particularly vegetable salad.
We, Koreans use many different kinds of veges from fields and mountains~
It is mot a myth that you can loose pounds just by eating Korean food.
Healthy and delicious, that's it~^^

130 grams (4.5 oz) blanched, squeezed tender chili leaves*
2 teaspoons dwenjang (Korean bean paste)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/8 teaspoon salt

* you can buy blanched chili leaves at Korean grocery or you can buy fresh and cook at home.
When you buy fresh chili leaves, wash, trim any harsh things.
Blach them it boiling water, wash, drain, and squeeze out well.
Add all seasonings in the bowl, and mix well.
Add chili leaves, mix with a hand.
